Caretrackr is a webapp that allows the family members to connect with their loved ones at a facility, like Covenant Columns. Family member can share notes, pictures and get up to date information about their loved ones using this app in a secure environment.
If your family member is in one of the communities signed up for Caretrackr, just ask your point person at that community to create an account for you so you can start collaborating.
